Welcome to our apartment with mountain views. Located on the upper floor, with 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and private parking. It has security cameras and a terrace where you can enjoy the mountain view. Its location is ideal as it is close to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars, as well as wineries and vineyards. It also has easy access to buses and the route to Cacheuta, Potrerillos Dam, and Aconcagua. We look forward to seeing you! The space The living room, both bedrooms, and the kitchen have hot/cold air conditioning. The bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The terrace is for the private use of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with complete tableware, a French press coffee maker, a ceramic electric stove, a toaster, an electric kettle, a 50-inch TV, and a set of table, chairs, and a sofa. The apartment has fiber internet connection. Guest access The accommodation is located on the first floor, accessed by stairs. The parking space is private with gates, an electric fence, and security cameras. Other things to note To increase the available hot water capacity, we added a 165-liter solar water heater, making us more sustainable with our energy use.
