Relax in a spacious and clean Ranch home in a very quiet neighborhood. All guests and groups welcome. The space You will have access to the entire main-level house and the front and backyard. This includes a well outfitted kitchen and dining area, both a sectional and couch in the living room around a smart TV, board games, laundry room, a large master bedroom with its own TV and master bath, a driveway for 2 cars and a large backyard with a two-level deck and fire pit! The 2 car garage is also available for guests. To keep pricing affordable for all reservation sizes, the walk-out Basement with an additional bedroom, bathroom, living room and rec room with a pool table is available at no additional charge for reservations with 6 guests or more. Smaller groups than 6 can request basement access from the host when reserving. Guest access Guests have full access to the main level of the house. Reservations over 6 people also have access to the basement additional bedroom, bathroom and living room. The locked mechanical room in the basement contains our private property, please respect our privacy there. Other things to note Due to its dangers, the basement fireplace/stove is not a working fireplace. The upstairs fireplace may be used if we have the gas turned on for winter, and the backyard firepit is available.. Bring your own firewood if you plan on using the backyard firepit! Heating and cooling is controlled by a nest thermostat. Please familiarize yourself with how to use a Nest thermostat, or ask your host for assistance. The kitchen does not have a garbage disposal. We need to do lawncare when weather permits, so please do not be surprised if our neighbor shows up to mow the lawn.
