We designed this accommodation with the basic and necessary services for a practical and quiet stay in Playa del Carmen. All rooms have a private bathroom with hot water, AC, ceiling fan and Smart. TV. We are 25 minutes walking and less than 10 minutes by car/ taxi, from 5th Avenue and ADO Station. Right on the corner you can board public transport to travel around the city. (Check the sketch in the listing photos for more information) The space [apartment] Our accommodation consists of a building with private apartments, each apartment has a private bathroom with hot water (Shower, sink and toilet.). A/C, ceiling fan, Smart TV and WiFi. It also includes a table, 2 chairs and a minibar inside. (NO STREAMING SERVICE IS INCLUDED) CHECK IN FROM 3:00 PM CHECK-OUT BEFORE 11:00 AM Check-in is on your own, so you can access from 3:00 PM, (WE DO NOT HAVE A RECEPTION) [SHARED KITCHEN] This apartment includes the use of a kitchenette in a common area that has basic utensils to prepare simple foods. The kitchen items offered are: glasses, plates, cups, cutlery, knife, chopping board, pan, pot, electric grill and microwave oven. [Common areas] The home has an area where there are chairs and tables for a relaxing time or enjoying a drink. HOURS 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM [PAYOUT PARKING ON PREMISES] Parking has a cost of $50 Mexican pesos per vehicle per night, WE HAVE 4 PARKING SPOTS INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, please check availability on the day of your arrival. The opening and closing of the garage is done manually by guests when requesting the access code and checking availability beforehand. In case the parking lot is at its maximum capacity, you can park outside right in front of the accommodation. We have a 24/7 surveillance camera. ⚠️Blocking another vehicle's exit could result in a PENALTY or CANCELLATION of the reservation⚠️ [Additional rules and charges] - NO SMOKING - Penalty for smoking inside the Room/ bathroom $300 Mexican pesos. - Key Extravio: $200 Mexican pesos. - Towel/sheet broken or with permanent stains: $200 Mexican pesos - Duvet or cover mattress burned broken or with permanent stains: $500 Mexican pesos. -Check out 11:00 AM check out after this time will have an extra charge of $70 Mexican pesos (maximum departure 12:00pm). - Check out after 12:00 PM will generate a fee equivalent to the cost of an extra night -Hour of common areas 10:30 PM. -Quiet time 11:00pm - 8:00 AM. -NO parties are allowed. Failure to abide by any of these rules may result in additional fees or cancellation of your reservation. Other things to note [NO PETS ALLOWED] We love pets, they are the best company! But for now we are not we are ready to offer a full and safe accommodation for pets. [VISITS] Visits may be allowed ONLY WITH PRIOR NOTICE TO HOSTS otherwise the reservation may be cancelled or restricted reservation.
