Centrally located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and just a 7 minute bike ride away from Flagler Ave! The space Guesthouse (2nd Floor): One (1) Queen Bed, One (1) Full Sleeper Sofa Pull-Out Guest access After the Rental Agreement is e-signed and the $250.00 security hold is scheduled, access instructions along with house rules will be emailed to the guest within three (3) days before arrival. Other things to note **IMPORTANT** This is a completely private and separate guesthouse attached to the primary residence of its owner. Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on card used), the security hold will be released and recaptured each 4-7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process. Parking: One (1) Attached driveway space (Dedicated) offered free of charge to guests. Please note that the inside of the pictured enclosed garage in front of the driveway is not available for guest use. RV's, trailers, or oversized trucks are not permitted to be parked at this property.
