The beach is only 10 minutes walk away. Electricity is included. Airport transfer is available on request. The space Bright, modern and spacious penthouse apartment over 2 floors. You have your own en-suite bedroom on the lower floor with doors to the balcony overlooking the pool. Kitchen, living and roof terrace are shared with the owner. This property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Access is by stairs. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment apart from the owner’s bedroom on the upper floor. Use of the communal swimming pool. Free parking in the car park. During your stay I will be on hand to assist throughout your stay. I am usually out and about and have a separate space upstairs so we won’t be in each other’s way. Other things to note The complex has security 24/7. Beach Access is a 10 minute walk.
