The space Ático Boj has three bedrooms, two with a 150 cm double bed with a viscoelastic mattress and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room and in the third bedroom another sofa bed. Opened in August 2023, Ático Boj I offers you a new, spacious and quiet space that exudes stillness and design as a concept, rest and disconnection as a purpose. A large private outdoor terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors and the views of the sea and the mountain. You will enjoy the views of the Ria de Arousa and you will feel the sea breeze on your cheeks with the summit of the natural viewpoint of A Curota as a silent witness. If at any point during your disconnection you need to connect, you have SMART TVs in all the bedrooms in addition to the lounge. The inverter air conditioning equipment with double split, offers you the possibility of selecting the exact and ideal temperature you need for your maximum comfort. Don't worry about washing dishes, the kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped. In the bathroom you also have enough space to use the washer or dryer in the bathroom. If you like astronomy, you can enjoy a telescope for free in the bedroom of " El Principito " - where you also have an area to work comfortably. We provide free private parking for you. In the private outdoor area you have a patio with a beautiful chillout glass garden with glass walls where you can enjoy a view of the sea and the mountain. This external area is shared with the semiloft that occupies the house's ground floor. Guest access The entire accommodation is rented for the guest's exclusive use and with a private terrace for exclusive use. Only the garden, the glazed granary, and the Kai terrace are shared, which has an outdoor Jacuzzi and a ping-pong table. The glass walls with a bicentennial stone structure make the 'hórreo' a unique and original architectural piece that allows you to enjoy frontal views of the sea and the mountains. For the use of the outdoor Jacuzzi there are internal rules and a small cost for its use - please consult. The price per 1-hour Jacuzzi session is €50 (available upon request and weather permitting). The rest of the rooms in the outdoor area are only shared with the accommodation on the ground floor of the house. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited inside the house; but smoking is allowed on the private outdoor terrace or in the community patio. No parties are allowed. Use of the outdoor spa costs €50/1 hour - Maximum capacity 3/4 people - Must be requested 24 hours in advance. The use of the outdoor spa is subject to weather conditions allowing its use.
