Visit Casa Verde and Fall in love with the house and its wonderful view of the hillside village of Vellano near Lucca, Firenze and Siena. Casa Verde is located in the hills north of Pescia equidistant between the cities of Florence & Pisa. The cities of Tuscany are packed full of Renaissance treasures, be it Siena and the Il Campo, the Uffizi or the leaning tower at Pisa. The space Apartment on the 3rd floor of the house. The apartment with its own entrance, terrace with a view, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and 2 toilets/bathrooms. The apartment is fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV etc. There is also a child's highchair, cot, bath and baby gate. Standard - Kettle, Toaster and Iron. Utilities - Gas Stove, Cooker, Washing Machine and Fridge. Rooms - Bedrooms: 3, Bathrooms: 2. Kitchen. Sitting room. Furniture - Dining seating for 6, lounge seating for 6. The water heating and central heating is by wood burning. The central heating is not turned on during the rental period, but the water heating is. The is a wood burner in the sitting room. Further Details - Outdoors There are 2 separate private terraces, suitable for al-fresco dining, reading and sun-bathing. There is an accessible swimming pool 25 min away at Don Carlos in Pescia. Housekeeping and cleaning is provided at end of stay at €70. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance on the top floor of a 3-storey building. Keys to the apartment are found in a key box next to the entrance door. Code will be send prior to arrival. Please leave the keys in the key box at departure. Other things to note The central heating is not turned on during the rental period, but the water heating is. The is a wood burner in the sitting room.
