New 70 m2 wooden frame house near the Pays des Lacs. Ground floor with kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160 x 200 cm Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90 x 200 cm Baby equipment available. In winter, you can enjoy the joys of cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and dog sledding about 10 minutes away. In summer, beautiful hikes in perspective with the many lakes and waterfalls that surround us. The space House ideally located to access the various lakes, hikes... Cleaning fee of €70 automatically included when booking. Possibility of a refund if you request it. (for organizational purposes, to be specified imperatively at the time of booking or upon arrival at the latest). The kitchen area (including fridge and microwave) must be clean and tidy upon checkout. The end-of-stay cleaning is to be done thoroughly by you if you choose not to take the cleaning package. Don't forget to thoroughly clean the fridge, microwave, various appliances, empty the shower drain, disinfect the toilets (flush), empty the garbage and take the glass to the container provided for this purpose...... linens and towels are not provided but are available for rent: - bed linen: €10 per bed - towels (one bath towel + one hand towel + one washcloth): €8 per person PLEASE NOTE: power outlets are not up to standard for charging electric vehicles.
