The 43-inch Smart TV can be moved, allowing you to comfortably enjoy cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. (via your own guest account or Netflix through our account) from the bed or two-person-sofa. The desk lamp has a wireless charging feature for your smartphone. Additionally, there is a USB port on the side of the desk lamp. The desk offers a quiet place to work with fast internet. Kitchen: In addition to a refrigerator, the small kitchenette includes a toaster, a kettle, dishes, wine glasses, pots, pans, and everything you need for cooking. You can also help yourself to spices, oils, pasta, and pesto (as well as jam and honey for breakfast) - free of charge (in case you don't feel like going shopping in the evening ;-)). A welcome drink is also waiting for you in the fridge upon arrival. A Nespresso machine with capsules, various tea types, a French press, and a drip coffee machine are also available. Bathroom: The bathroom features a shower with free shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. A hair-dryer and an iron are also available. If you want to do laundry, there is also a wash-dryer in the bathroom (12 kg washing capacity and 8 kg drying capacity) with washing powder. Outdoor Area: There is a lockable courtyard with free parking spaces for your bicycles. Parking: After booking, you will receive directions for the free parking spot located on a neighboring property. ATTENTION: Any form of commercial or inappropriate use of the premises is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the stay. Surveillance cameras monitor the outdoor area. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself and enjoy complete privacy. Access is flexible and contactless at any time via a key box at the entrance, allowing for a smooth and convenient check-in and check-out. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided upon your arrival. Safety: For your safety, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and a first aid kit. Thanks to the central location, many shops, cafés, and restaurants are within walking distance. Bocholt’s train station is just 4 minutes away by car (or 13 minutes on foot, or 8 minutes by bus). The nearest supermarket (Netto) can be reached in 3 minutes on foot, and the nearest bakery (Schröer Bakery) is only a 2-minute walk away.
