We’ve built this beautiful treehouse above ground to fully enjoy the views of Lake Atitlan, the Volcanoes and Mountains. This Guesthouse is perched amongs the trees, summerge in the tropical lush gardens with exclusive views. A studio designed treehouse that has everything you need to enjoy your stay comfortably with high vaulted ceilings, a wrap around deck, private bathroom and a kitchenette. This lovely floating house is perfect for couples, singles or friends. SLEEPING • A studio unit with a Queen size bed KITCHEN/DINNING • The unit is equipped with 2 burner stove top, mini fridge, coffee maker, utensils and glassware, pots and pans for cooking. • During every stay we will provide Salt, Pepper, cooking oil, Sugar, tea, Purified drinking water, and our Authentic Guatemalan Premium Coffee made locally in Lake Atitlán. • Dining table and chairs for 2 BATHROOM • Private en suite bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. We provide Soap and shampoo for all guests. • The unit offers a wrap around roofed balcony with outdoor rocking chairs. •Private Parking It’s a Quiet neighborhood, you can enjoy the tranquility and connect with nature away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. It is easy to get to any of the nearby towns approx 5-20 minutes tuc tuc ride to: San Pablo - 5 minutes San Juan - 8 minutes San Marcos - 11 minutes San Pedro - 19 minutes Santa Clara -20 minutes *Flexible with check in and check out times- Upon Request ONLY* Guest access You will have access to the whole treehouse which will be private and separate from the other villas onsite. There are 3 other villas in this 1acre land and you may share the gardens, hammock and other common areas with other guests. We also have a private dock with direct access to the lake for our guest only. This is Not a public Dock. Other things to note NO SMOKING 🚭 or VAPING inside the unit ( Q250 fee for noncompliance ) -No Pets (Penalty will apply)
