In the heart of the Corsican Regional Natural Park in an Authentic small mountain village at the foot of the GR20 We offer you a traditional 18th century house fully rehabilitated in 2023 with quality materials. Calm, relaxation, walking and swimming will be the key words of your stay. The space Fully restored family home, fully equipped, comfortable, air-conditioned, and an ideal retreat for discovering our beautiful region. The accommodation is a village house with 75 m² over three floors. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, storage and a TV, a separate bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, the living space consists of: an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with TV and Wi-Fi (fiber) On the top floor, there is a separate toilet and a master suite consisting of a 160 cm bed, storage, a bathtub, and a TV. Each floor is equipped with reversible air conditioning and has unobstructed views of the village and the mountains. An outdoor private space with gas plancha and dining table that can accommodate 4 people is also available. Sheets/towels and linens are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note The location: The village of Orto is located 1.5 hours from Ajaccio. 45 minutes from Sagone, a small seaside resort with its beaches, shops and restaurants... 25 minutes from the village of Vico and its first shops (Spar, Bakery, Tobacco-Newsstand, Post Office, Pharmacy...) Many street vendors come to the village every week (Baker, Butcher...) Versu l'Ortu is a restaurant bar in the center of the village. There are many restaurants and bars in the area that are within a 10-minute drive of the house. Activities: Access to the river can be done directly from the village by taking a small path. Many hiking trails start directly from the village (Lac de Crena, Lac de Ninu, Bergeries de Manganu...) Canyoning, a climbing site (for the more experienced), donkey or horseback riding are also within a 10-minute drive.
