You will have access to entire four bedroom home with private pool/spa with the exception of garage. This modern open concept home has plenty of space to unwind and relax. -We are a pet friendly home- (2 dogs max under 20lbs)- Pet Fee applies -Four Bedrooms/Two Bathrooms -Private Backyard Oasis -Pool & Spa Combo *Heat to Spa available with advance notice/additional Fee $35.00* -Living room and master bedroom have smart TV's -Fast Wifi and wall desk -Fully equipped Kitchen & Washer & Dryer- detergent/dryer sheets available -No side gate access- it is locked and not available to enter/exit -No access to garage- it is used for storage/supplies for property *No Semi-Trailer Trucks allowed on property. *Just like humans, wasps/insects need to cool off on hot days so you might see some near or in the pool. Wasp spray available in the laundry room and pool net provided. *Pest control services done on a monthly basis* *Please don't book this home if you have a problem with typical South Texas insects- Will NOT give discounts for bugs being in the backyard or near the pool- I have no control over nature. Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway.
