Capital House, a stone's throw from the Vatican

The house is located in an elegant building from the early 1900s. We wanted to recreate a familiar and comfortable environment. The accommodation, while quiet and peaceful, is very central, within walking distance of the Ottaviano-Musei Vaticani metro stop, St. Peter's Square, bus and tram lines and the Fiumicino shuttle service. You can easily get to the airport, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese, Piazza Navona, Trastevere, Museums... The space The house is a spacious 100-square-meter apartment on the ground floor. The entrance opens onto a large and bright living area, with a large sofa bed, 55" TV, extendable table for up to 8-10 people and all the necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. From the corridor you can access the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, equipped with wardrobes and desks, suitable for study/work. There are two bathrooms, one with a spacious shower and one with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot, toaster and dishes/kitchen linen for all needs. There are air conditioners in all rooms (including the living area) and in the kitchen. Extra towels, bed sheets, blankets, and pillows, toilet paper, soaps, and other basic cooking supplies like salt, sugar, oil, etc. will be provided. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, pubs, bars, pizzerias, and ice cream parlors, and for those who want to cook there are grocery stores and supermarkets. A few minutes' walk away is the most important local market in the city where, in addition to being able to do an excellent shopping, you can stop to eat in the many small restaurants that are inside. Guest access The apartment is large and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day spent getting to know the beauty of Rome. Everything that can be used in a home is present and perfectly accessible. We are also available to provide (where possible) information and services. The apartment is on the ground floor with only three steps to access it. Other things to note We have provided the living area and desks with books for adults and children, in Italian, English and other languages. To enrich the house there is no shortage of decorative and pictorial details that recall the magic of Rome. You can request a private taxi service, for a maximum of 4 people and 4 suitcases.
