A 16 foot bell tent is on a deck in the trees with a covered deck patio, two outdoor chairs, small table for cooking and a propane grill with side burner. There is a water tank for washing dishes, clean but not approved for drinking, Potable water is provided in drink cooler on deck. The "privy" has a composting toilet with instructions and manual sink with mirror. We provide a hand towel and soap for hand washing. Trash cans provided in tent and in privy. We offer 3 pots and 1 cast iron pan for cooking, camp plates, dish bucket for washing, soap, and coffee cups with instant coffee provided. Inside the tent we provide 2 lanterns as well as a battery powered fan for hot days. There is a queen bed with 2 bedside tables and small double futon with linens provided. We have a small table and 2 chairs in this space as well. Entire property is for guest use. Guests can reach us by phone, text. email, or if needed can drive to our residence at 87 Sunset Ridge Rd.
