Here you don't walk to the beach: you leave the house and step directly onto the sand. Your private oceanfront paradise begins the moment you leave the house!Here the beach is not visited: it is lived. This is a large and spacious house, with five bedrooms with A/C, fan and private bathroom in each room. The master bedroom has a King bed, a one-man bed. The second room features a double size bed and sofa bed, all super comfortable. The third room has a bunk bed with queen size beds and a sofa bed. The fourth and fifth room both feature a queen bed, very comfortable. The house accommodates up to 13 people, however let us know if you are interested in entering with a group greater than 13, contact us directly by a message on this track. The house is surrounded by a beautiful tropical forest and with beautiful beach views from morning to sunset. The house has a spectacular pool with its respective beach/pool towels, barbecue area, palapa, stove and plenty of space for your enjoyment. We are also surrounded by beautiful neighboring beaches, just a 10-minute walk to the surfing area of Playa Maderas and a 5-minute walk to the neighboring north beach. You will have a daily cleaning service and the same person can help you in the kitchen, we only recommend tipping them. The caretakers live in a small room behind Casa Yosi, within the same property. The house is also located just a 10-minute walk south to the surfing area of Maderas Beach, where you can visit bars and restaurants on the beach and you can also access surfing lessons. Also just 100 meters from the property is Juanitas Kitchen, a restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner right on the beachfront, and they offer delivery to Casa Yosi. There is also another restaurant on the north beach just a 5-minute walk away called El Ranchito right in front of the beach.
