Other things to note We are having a sprinkler system installed, so yard is a bit torn up at present but most remaining work is "quiet" work; pursuant to that completion targeted for the middle of September, we will have grass planted or hydroseeded, so we ask that guests use the provided stepping stones, and stay off the lawn until the new landscaping is rooted. :)
