The space This beautiful home is situated on the south bank of Otter Pond. Trees brush the ripples as raccoons and otters hide amongst them. As you approach and turn into the driveway, you may be greeted by tall sandhill cranes, ducks, jumping fish, or the sight of a couple of otters playing. Enter to the gentle rustle of the palm fronds dancing overhead in the warm Florida breezes, let yourself in via keypad, and make yourself at home! The entry opens up into the sitting room with plush couches, a comfy recliner, a piano, and a grand picture window. This room is situated perfectly for watching glorious Florida sunsets reflected on the pond. The large couch is a sofa bed which is available for your use in addition to the 2 bedrooms if you have a large group. Pass through the archway into the kitchen where the lights of a Bavarian village in the snow twinkle high on the mountaintops of the cupboards. Luxurious ornate vintage picture frames grace the people and places of your imagination--let it run free in this magical space! Your private 2 BR Suite is a relaxing haven. In the Snowy White room, ignite the electric fireplace with the push of a button and check on the status of the turtles who frequent the east bank of the pond out the window before performing the bed flop on the ultra-comfortable queen size bed to the flickering of the logs. The French blue room overlooks the private back yard where you'll see peaceful greenery, birds, & raccoons occasionally sneaking past. In this room, you'll find an another ultra-comfortable queen size bed and a comfy twin bed. Both rooms have a 32" smart roku tv and ceiling fan. A private bathroom filled with generous supply of fluffy white towels is nestled between the rooms. For your private dining pleasure, you'll have a screened patio with a table that has seating for 6 & a ceiling fan. The patio is exclusively for your use and overlooks the private back yard & pond. Feel entirely welcome to make use of the large fully-equipped kitchen with island, along with the dining room, 2 living rooms, & laundry room.
