The space Structure standing on the surrounding territory, offering a very bright position, and located in front of the Monte Navegna and Monte Cervia Natural Reserve. The accommodation is equipped with essential amenities to ensure maximum relaxation and pleasure. Compared to other towns and areas nearby, we are positioned at an altitude of 750 meters, offering a cooler environment even in summer and a dry climate without any humidity! • Tavern: Queen-size bed, window with a view of Lake Turano, and smart TV. Open-space kitchen in solid wood, complete with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with facilities, hairdryer, shower cabin, and courtesy kit with shampoo, soap, and shower gel. Armchair and dining table with four seats. Separate entrance and a small dedicated terrace with a view of Lake Turano and an outdoor dining area with four seats. Completing the picture is a laundry area on the intermediate floor. The entire accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. There is a Smart TV in each area of the house. In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and duvets. • First floor: The common living room is windowed and represents the heart of the structure. Inside this room, you will find: Large wall mirror Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee machine with capsules, and tea kettle. 50-inch Smart TV for entertainment. Dedicated workspace with a desk, PC, and, upon request, an ergonomic chair and printer. Dining table with four seats. Two-seater sofa. Guest access Access to the Tavern is through the stone archway. Access to the living room is through the main door on the street of the property, with a sign "Guest House Il Nido dell'Aquila." The laundry room is accessible through the door at the top of the stairs inside the Tavern. In the Tavern, there is a small storage room to the left of the kitchen, which is not accessible, and the door will remain closed. Apart from that, guests have free access to all the outdoor and indoor spaces around the property. Other things to note Breakfast service is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and can be delivered to your accommodation by the bar at Locanda Belvedere or alternatively, you can enjoy it on-site.
