Beautiful home on 2 acres of land just minutes to Saratoga Springs. 5 mi to the State Park and SPAC 6 mi to downtown 7 mi to race track 3 mi to winery The space Our home is located in a friendly neighborhood with a private fully fenced, very large backyard and patio space. Relax by the fire on the back patio or take a soothing soak in the hot tub. The perfect space to unwind after enjoying the areas attractions! Home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen features a large island that seats 4 and an additional 4 person table top. Living room offers comfortable seating, a large television, and gas fireplace. Washer and dryer is available for use on the first floor. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house (except basement) as well as private backyard and patio area. All televisions are WiFi capable, so guests will be able to log into Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, etc. profiles. Primary room has a king size bed. Second room offers a day bed that pulls out to a king. Third room as one twin bed with an additional twin available upon request. Crib and pack and play are also available. Other things to note This is our family home that we reside in with our kids and dogs. Please be respectful of our space and neighbors. No smoking and no parties.
