Other things to note This is a self-catering, self-service apartment however should you require cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged at an additional fee of R350 daily per day on week days and R420 daily on weekends. Please confirm requested cleaning days in advance. Registration of all guests and key collection takes place at the Welcome Desk located at the reception. NB: Guest’s details need to be received by 24hrs before the day of arrival for details to be loaded on the biometrics system. Bookings made on the same day need guest details to be provided immediately and allow for 2hrs prior to check-in time for details to processed for biometric access.
