The huge balcony with ENDLESS VIEWS is accessible from the living room or the primary bedroom and overlooks the emerald waters and the sugar-soft beaches which are right outside your door! Plus you'll find a beautiful zero entry pool with chaise lounges, an updated exercise room (featuring weights, treadmills, bikes and ellipticals, sauna), a free business center with computers, printer, collection of books, puzzles and games. Grills are located outdoor on the side of the building. Imagine enjoying COASTAL VIEWS from the floor to ceiling windows and feeling the refreshing Gulf breeze while the sound of the WAVES lulls you into the ultimate state of happiness and relaxation! Enjoy this spacious (1250 sq. ft.) condo that is beautifully decorated and includes granite countertops, crown molding, wet bar with beverage refrigerator, jetted whirlpool tub, ceramic tile floors, large flat-screen smart TVs, coffee center and high-speed internet access. (Business Center on 3rd offers printers/computers.) Ice and soda machines are located on the ground floor by the pool. The primary bedroom offers an amazing view provided by the floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors to the balcony! This spa-like primary suite features a 55" inch smart TV, ceiling fan, king sized bed, dresser, tile floors, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, tiled walk-in shower, multi-function shower head and a whirlpool jetted tub. Bedroom 2: Your guests or kids will enjoy the guest bedroom with it's 55" TV, king sized bed, ceiling fan and attached full bath with a tiled walk-in shower. Other offered amenities include: a kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances that is stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils for you to eat-in and cook up some coastal dishes or family favorites, a handy full size washer and dryer, plus towels and linens. There is a coffee center with a Keurig and a drip coffee maker as well as coffee condiments and also a beverage refrigerator. Plus did we mention the balcony? Watch dolphins play or pelicans fly by! There are two Adirondack chairs, two chaise lounges, two rockers and a pub style dining table for four to enjoy al fresco dining, a card game or snacks. The zero entry pool is sparking clean and offers a nice sloped entry for easy access for the wee ones. Grab a book and relax in one of the chaise lounges or take a dip to cool off. There are showers on the boardwalk by the pool so you can remove all the sand from your feet and beach toys on the way back to the condo or for a dip at the pool. Bathrooms are conveniently located right off the pool area. Best of all is the beach! You'll enjoy the clean beach, soft sand and the sound of the surf. San Carlos hires Sun Coast to provide a beach service of chairs and umbrellas for our guests from March through October, weather permitting. You may reserve them ahead of time online or do so upon arrival; a set includes two chaise loungers and an umbrella. There is also tons of fun for older kids and adults...right next to our beach where you can let loose and rent a banana boat, jet skis or go parasailing! Our condo is centrally located within walking distance to the popular beach restaurants: Pink Pony, Sea and Suds, Foodcraft, Perch and The Hangout - which you can reach by walking on the sidewalks or get your toes wet and walk up the beach for a bite to eat or refreshing drinks. Also in walking distance is the Pancake House, The Waffle House, the Sunliner Diner, Picnic Beach, The Market (groceries) and souvenir shops. The popular Gulf State Park is nearby and offers biking and hiking routes, educational venues, bird watching, The Woodhouse restaurant and last but not least, we are walking distance to the public PIER where you can rent fishing poles or just walk out to enjoy the view (admission fee $3). There is a small cafe/bar on the pier too that is elevated over the Gulf for fun views. There's so much to do in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area: Hop in the car to enjoy all of the fun attractions nearby: world-class golf, dolphin cruises, go-karts, mini-golf, shopping, water parks, pickleball courts, the Wharf shopping and ferris wheel, Fort Morgan historical site, Gulf Shores Zoo, kayaking and oh so much more! PARKING - Parking is only $50 per stay, up to 14 days, and must be purchased by the guest from at the 3rd Floor welcome area. There is a kiosk for your convenience if you arrive after desk hours. If the kiosk doesn't work, just return the following day and talk to someone at the desk. Please place the parking pass in your car upon arrival. STARTER SUPPLIES: You will find “starter” products to get you by for a day or two (dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, face soap, dishwasher detergency, garbage bags, coffee pods and creamer, shampoo and conditioner). Feel free to open drawers, cabinets, and closets and use any contents found within. MAINTENANCE NEEDS: As with any property from time to time there may be maintenance issues that arise. If you notice any issue, please contact us immediately so that we can help. WRIST BANDS: Guests may pick up free wrist bands from the front desk on the 3rd floor. Wrist bands are required to be worn to use all amenities during the high season, typically March - October.
