Welcoming accommodations for your Austin stay!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 24/7 whole house air conditioning very relaxing and quiet. The space Modern and cozy 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home just outside of Austin. All of the guest rooms are on the 2nd floor along with the shared full bathroom. There is plenty of space to relax with both an upstairs and downstairs living room. There is also a 55" TV wall-mounted if you prefer the privacy of your room. The kitchen is spacious and offers all the appliances and gadgets required to maintain your diet of choice. Guest access Upstairs and downstairs living room with Netflix and Disney Plus. Backyard, kitchen, dining room. During your stay Please let me know what can i do to make your stay enjoyable and i’ll be happy to help 24/7. Other things to note Two things to know prior to booking: I list all 3 of the upstairs bedrooms and it is common that every room is occupied. The full bath along with the downstairs half bath are shared with the other guests. I clean frequently and before every check-in, but due to the nature of multiple guests, I can't help if the spaces and appliances appear to be recent used. 2nd, I recently adopted two puppies! They are not meant to be upstairs but sometimes they sneak up there... also, the youngest still gets a bit loud when she is hyper. I make every effort to prevent them from being a nuisance but you might hear/see them from time to time. Be warned, they are adorable!
