Relax with the whole family at this spacious private home with a huge yard and only feet from the water. From the deck, you can watch the sun rise and set over the lake. A propane fireplace allows you to relax by the fire. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen and being within 10 minutes of town! We are happy to give recommendations! Six beds (one king, two full, three twins) and a pull-out couch provide plenty of room for multiple people or groups! The beach area is public The space This is a very large property with exclusive access to everything but the garages. There is approximately 200 feet of beachfront. The master bedroom (king bed), half bath with washer and dryer, living room, kitchen, dining area, and playroom are on the main floor. Two bedrooms (one room with 2 full and one room with 3 twins) both overlook the lake, and a full bath are upstairs. The owners do live in the next house over and will only be on the property to collect packages from the front door (delivery drivers have been notified not to drop packages off at this address but they continue to do so). There is a very large yard that separates the homes to ensure plenty of privacy. Guest access You will have access to the entire house (aside from the garages). Water will be accessible from the beach area and the boat ramp, where you can bring a boat and easily access the lake! The dock will not be available for guests to hook their boat to as the owner docks his boat there. We do have skids you’re welcome to tie up to! Other things to note Larger groups or gatherings are available for added costs. Catering, tents, seating, etc., can all be arranged for a fee upon request! We have hosted large birthday parties, weddings, and other events with proper notice. IMPORTANT: Any guests not on your booking will be trespassing so please confirm with us if you plan to have a get-together so we can plan accordingly. We have a no tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if our house rules are broken.
