Secret facilities include: kitchen, brand new electric mahjong table, barbecue grill (paid use $800/time), living room, TV (can be connected to mobile phone, HDMI cable), five rooms (six beds, can add three double beds), three bathrooms, WiFi, baby crib, baby bath tub 3. Surveillance cameras in the living room, kitchen and common space area of the building 4. There are rice fields and cultivated farmland around, rich in ecology, please close the doors and windows to prevent mosquitoes from entering the house! 5. 2 cars can be parked at the door + 2 parking spaces at the intersection (4 cars in total) + 4 motorcycles 6. Supermarket is a 3-minute walk away for easy shopping for ingredients or drinks Other things to note Booking Instructions 1. Check-in time 15:00 Check-out time 11:00, the gate code and related information will be sent on the day of check-in, please pay attention to the message! 2. Please keep the environment clean and cherish all items in the secret place. Quilts and pillows are mainly provided. Please do not take all the supplies in the cabinet (such as quilts, etc.) yourself. Do not take all items out and do not move the indoor furniture arbitrarily. If damaged or lost, compensation will be claimed at the market price. (Full refund of deposit upon check-out if no violations or damages are confirmed) 3. Strictly no smoking indoors, ashtrays are provided in the building (fine of NT$20,000 for violation of the rules). If repeated warnings are ineffective, immediate check-out will be required, and no refund will be given! 4. If the trash is full, pack it yourself and put it on the stairs 5. Please lower the volume after 10:00 pm 6. The daily room rate is based on 12 people.
