2 bedroom, enjoyable northern cottage. Boats available. Set on a beautiful, waterfront, 5 acre resort property. Accommodates up to 4 people. Has one double and 2 single beds. Full kitchen and 4 piece bathroom. Your stay in this cottage includes FREE USE of all the following amenities: pedal boats, kayaks, canoes, sandy beach, shared, heated in ground pool, fire pit, propane BBQ. Open spaces, room to relax, sunrises, sunsets. Fish from shore or the private marina. The space Our cottage includes: furnishings, drinking water from the tap, full kitchen with appliances, full bath room, all cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, BBQ (grill, propane supplied) and front deck. Our cottage has fantastic view of the lake and the entire area. Our entire property is set 50 feet above the water. The views you see and experience while in your cottage or on your deck are unmatched and will provide you with everything you are looking for while away on vacation in Northern Ontario. Guest access Full access to all resort amenities Other things to note A $250 security deposit will be collected at time of check in. The $250 deposit WILL BE REFUNDED upon a visual inspection of your cottages cleanliness and/or damage. We supply a vacuum, broom and mop. if your cottage does not meet our cleanliness standards you will be made aware and given every opportunity to correct before you receive your deposit refund. Discuss any concerns at time of booking. Wifi can be arranged upon arrival using your devices wifi. If you have any visitors when staying here there will be a $35/day/guest fee. A comparable or better cottage may be substituted in place of the cottage you reserve because of Non AirBnB travellers showing up. All cottages are the same size and quality. Location will be different. Please bring the following items with you:bed linens and pillows, personal towels, dish cleaning supplies, bbq utensils, bed linens. Fire Pit is available but no personal wood allowed . Please bring with you all household cleaning supplies for the cleaning of your cottage. The cottage and all of its appliances, bathroom, fridge , stove, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, microwave the floors to be swept and mopped and carpets to be vacuumed. We supply mops, brooms and a vacuum. We take this policy very seriously and feel it the best way to keep everyone safe as well as our prices as affordable as possible.
