The owners have transformed an antique stable into a cottage that steals the heart of everyone who enters. Feel free at this unique and tranquil getaway where you can be yourself and disconnect and relax. The space You enter this fairy tale cottage through the sun lounge. The windows can be slid open, have fly screen and bamboo blinds and there is a door to the terrace below. In the sun lounge, you can relax in a sofa or have a cosy meal at a dining table with an incredible view of the surrounding hills. From the sunlounge, you enter the kitchen. It is incredible how Clair and Simon have managed to equip a rather small kitchen so completely. You really do have everything you need to enjoy cooking. A gas cooker, microwave, small electric oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, all kitchen accessories and good news...also a dishwasher and washing machine. From the kitchen, steps take you to the living area where you can enjoy cosy evenings. In summer, there is refreshing air conditioning (15€ per week for free, after that it has to be paid on a 'pay as you use' basis) and for colder evenings, guests have a pellet stove at their disposal. (Clair and Simon give 1 bag of pellets per week for free to their guests during the colder months. There is a 2-seater sofa, a wicker chair, coffee tables and a large flat-screen TV with internet connection. (there is WIFI everywhere) Here and there you can still see the remains of the old stable, which gives the living area an extra touch. The living room gives access to the split-level bedroom. Here you can dream away in a lovely king-size bed after a wonderful day. There is air conditioning H/C, TV, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is a dressing table with mirror that you can also use as a desk. A printer is available for guests who would like to work from here. The bathroom, accessible from the bedroom area, features a toilet and a very spacious shower with double shower head and glass door. Quality cotton linen is provided. The outside area of Casita Martin is amazing. There are terraces on 2 levels with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a gazebo and a barbecue. The eye-catcher, however, is the beautiful swimming pool. Although the casita is just for 2 people, it is still wonderfully spacious : 7.5m x 3.7m x 1.20m. And the view from the pool...simply stunning and very private. Guest access The cottage, its terraces and swimming pool are at the exclusive disposal of guests and is completely private with no overlooking. Other things to note -The aircon is offered by the owners up to 12€ per week. If guests use more they have to pay that in cash on site. -We can offer special reductions for monthly stays. Ask us for information. -Please note that this house is not suitable for children. A small baby is no problem. *Please note that the Spanish government requires us to check in each member of the travel party over 14 years old, with the following information: -scan of passport/identity card -address -phone number and e-mail -mode of payment for the trip.
