This county property home is ideal for entertaining, long term stays or simply enjoying a romantic stay. The all-white modern interior has an Emerald Convention oven, microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer and Keurig. All bed sheets are organic cotton with a mix of cooling, bamboo, soft, medium and firm density pillows. The Space: The all-neutral modern interior boasts one bedroom luxury escape. The one bedroom has a queen bed, single bed sofa chair along with a dresser, closet and footbed for additional storage. The living room sofa turns into a full bed with an additional plush mattress topper for additional comfort. The open kitchen area offers Emerald convection oven, fridge/freezer drawers and Keurig. Several Keurig options available; Cappuccinos, hot chocolate, hot apple cider, and regular and decaf coffee. The kitchen is stocked with bottled water, snacks, disposable dishes, silverware, cutting board, everything you need and more! The bathroom shines with ceramic tiles, custom vanity, a smart flush toilet, handicap railings, and rain shower head with on-demand water. The vanity is filled with toiletries from toothpaste, toothbrush, face masks, and deodorants. This adult & kid-friendly property is located with one floor living in its own private driveway. Within the living room there is a Roku TV with Netflix and foosball coffee table in addition to board games. Guest access: The sacrifice for the awesome view, is to have the property placed higher up on the hill, so there are a small set of stairs to access the property. The parking lot below has space to fit two cars easily. Other things to note: Our property is located across from Woods Valley Ski Resort and one mile from accessing Lake Delta Park. There is also a local library within walking distance along with historical houses. Guest access The apartment is separated from the rest of the house. You will have your own private rooms that you can lock from the inside to keep yourself with a peaceful state of mind.
