It's important to keep in mind that this is an older house, albeit modernized with contemporary conveniences. As with any vintage property, certain quirks and cosmetic imperfections may be present. For example, the flagstone patio possesses a charming, aged character, with some unevenness. Occasionally, doors may stick slightly due to weather fluctuations. Rest assured, these minor idiosyncrasies only add to the unique charm of this remarkable home. Lastly, we take great pride in maintaining our property and fostering positive relationships with our neighbors. It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. To maintain the comfort, safety, and historical integrity of our cherished home, we kindly request that smoking and the use of illegal drugs be strictly prohibited on the inside of the house. In the event of violation, a fine of $250 will be imposed to ensure the preservation of our property. 2. To ensure the safety and security of everyone on the premises, we kindly ask that only authorized guests occupy the property. Any unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $250 per person. A similar fee will be imposed for any pets on property. 3. We kindly request that noise levels be kept at an appropriate level to avoid any disruption to our neighbors. In the event of noise complaints, a fine may be applied. 4. Any damage to or theft of property will be billed accordingly for its value as well as reporting of stolen items. 5. While we understand the desire for personal comfort, we kindly ask that furniture not be moved or rearranged without prior consent.
