Villa Castore is a large property situated about 350 meters from the center of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, a lovely village halfway between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. Sorrento and Positano are 7 km far, while the fisherman village of Nerano 5 km away. The villa measures 400 m2, it develops on three levels and it has 6 bedrooms, a fully­equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and can sleep up to 13 people. On the ground floor, where is the entrance, we find a fully equipped kitchen with ice­maker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine; the dining­room, sauna, jacuzzi that can accommodate together all the guests of the villa, a double en suite bedroom. On the first floor, with a second entrance, there are three double bedrooms (one with a sleeping sofa) each of them equipped with en suite bathroom and a terrace with a gorgeous view. On the second floor we find two double bedrooms both with en suite bathroom, Jacuzzi and a further living room with another sleeping sofa. Outside, the villa features a large garden, solarium and the swimming pool. Villa Castore has air conditioning in all rooms and central heating, for winter months.
