Welcome to our three-bedroom flat very near Holloway Road or Tufnell Park Tube Stations. We are in Zone 2, post code N7 0LU. Several supermarkets & eating places within a 10-minute walk. Also, 10 minutes only to Central London by tube (underground train) or about 20 minutes by bus. It is a single bedroom with 1 reading desk, 1 chair, and 1 cabinet. Importantly, I live with my husband & 2 children downstairs. You will stay upstairs in the single (bed) room next to one other guest room. The space We have a fully fitted kitchen accessible to our guests. However, since we live here, we prefer guests who will do minimal cooking, such as tea and coffee only. For health reasons, we prefer non-smokers to book with us, and we also do not drink alcohol and so no alcohol is allowed in the house. Guest access Bathroom and toilet are separated but we share these with our guests. During your stay We live in the property, but we will give you space. We live downstairs and our two guests (including yourself are in your space). Other things to note Importantly, the wall between the rooms upstairs is thin, so voices can be heard. The upper room's floor and the stairs of the flat are wooden structures, so they create 'noise'. You might need to avoid these during other tenants' walks. We try to keep the 'noise' as minimal as possible.
