A $125 fee will be charged if smoking occurs. ✔ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 4 people. ✔ Mail/Package Delivery: Direct deliveries to the property are discouraged. Use the local Amazon Hub Stations, PO Boxes or UPS Mailboxes for mail needs. ✔ Food Delivery: Food deliveries are welcome. ✔ No Parties or Events: Our home is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Noise, unruly behavior, and loud music will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and possible additional fees. ✔ Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $250 fee. Please provide necessary vaccination records at the time of booking.
