We appreciate your understanding and respect for the house rules 🤝 📄 Issuance of receipts By order of SUNAT (Peru), we issue a receipt or invoice for all bookings. Airbnb does not share guest identification information, so the reservation holder must provide their DNI or RUC for the issuance of the corresponding receipt. The information will be used for billing purposes only. 🚗WE DO NOT HAVE A GARAGE. HOWEVER, WE WORK WITH A GARAGE LOCATED 2 BLOCKS FROM THE HOUSE AND WE HAVE AMPLE PARKING OUTSIDE. 🥩🤽 Rules for use – Grill, mini cylinder and mini pool Grill and mini cylinder Guests are responsible for the use of the grill and the mini cylinder. Both must be returned completely clean and in the same condition in which they were received. If grease, charcoal, ash, food residue or excessive dirt is left behind, an additional charge of S/25 will be applied for cleaning. 🤽 Mini pool To keep the water in good condition and ensure the comfort of all guests: 🚫 It is forbidden to consume food inside the mini-pool. 🚫 Entering after going to the beach, sand or ocean is not allowed. Violating these rules may result in additional cleaning and maintenance charges (25 soles). 🚨Emergency Access For your safety and the preservation of the property, in the event that an urgent risk situation is detected (for example: water leak, electrical problems, fire, broken furniture, etc.) and an immediate response is not received from the guest, authorized personnel may enter to attend to the emergency.
