The space “La Montagne” is a quiet and luminous 20 m² suite located on the upper floor of The Kooch House — a 19th-century mansion we carefully restored in 2023. This intimate space was designed to offer stillness and clarity. Inside your suite, you’ll find: • A hotel-quality double bed • A comfortable reading armchair and writing desk • A walk-in dressing area • A private bathroom with Italian-style shower and toilet As a guest, you’ll also share the generous communal areas with two other suites: • A bright living room with original marble fireplace and tall ceilings • A fully equipped kitchen, with your own fridge and cupboard • A south-facing 50 m² garden terrace with trees and outdoor seating • Fiber Wi-Fi, projector, Netflix, Spotify • Washer, dryer, iron, cleaning supplies • Optional secure parking • Weekly cleaning available for long-term guests 📍 The house stands on the Grand Boulevard, in a quiet and refined residential area at the border of Mouvaux — with direct tram access (stop just outside) taking you to central Lille in 20 minutes. 🌀 Portable fan provided (no AC — standard in this region). 👟 We kindly ask you to remove your shoes indoors — it’s part of the house ritual.
