You'll find a coffee machine with Kpods, kettle, microwave, air fryer, small electric cooktop, fridge/freezer, toaster, and a blender. We provide basic cooking utensils, pots & pans. An electric fireplace will keep you cozy in addition to mini-splits to be comfy all year long. The sleeping area features a queen bed with a comfortable Lucid memory foam mattress and two types pillows so you can choose what feels best. Window treatment allow the room to get completely dark. A beautiful mid-century modern dresser and a modern clothing rack invite you to organize your belongings to feel right at home. Guest access You'll have a dedicated, one-car parking spot in the driveway close to your unit. The driveway is shared, but the studio is private for your own use. You won't have access to other parts of the property — please refrain from walking to the back of the house. Other things to note The space is not suited for kids and pets aren't allowed as I have an allergy. A sump pump might activate during heavy rain to keep the house dry. RELAX & RESPECT: - This is a peaceful retreat, not a party spot. - Keep noise levels down, especially at night. - Respect our friendly neighbors & community. ARRIVAL & PRIVACY: - The road is windy and narrow, arrive during daylight if possible. - We live right above and welcome guests - Despite being quiet we can't guarantee a completely noise-free space — you may hear footsteps. - We provide earplugs for noise-sensitive guests. STUDIO DETAILS: - Utilities (internet, electricity, water) are included — we kindly ask to be mindful of electricity use as it is VERY expensive here in the woods.
