Beautifully decorated, our comfortable house has a large 50 m2 terrace offering a magnificent panoramic view of the 'Parc naturel des monts d'Ardèche'. You can easily reach the Dolce Via, a 90 km bike path, as well as the many hiking trails accessible in the village. The space With 4 bedrooms, our house comfortably accommodates guests in a quiet, authentic and relaxing environment, with exceptional panoramic views of the Eyrieux valley. Our home has: • 1 large terrace with barbecue, deck chairs and garden furniture • 3 Bedrooms with a Double bed • 1 Bedroom with 2 simple beds • + possibility of a baby crib • Large kitchen • living room and dining room • 1 workspace (fiber optic) • 1 Bathroom with bathtub • 2 separate toilets Absolute calm, the pure air of the Ardèche mountains and the sunsets over the valley make this place a real invitation to relax. The terraced garden also offers perfect spaces for games, alfresco dining or simply relaxing. In Ardèche Verte, enjoy a summer climate without the sweltering nights. From the house, you have access to many hiking trailheads and a variety of nature activities. Our village has an outdoor swimming pool, located in a natural setting (open from July 1 to August 31). A 10-minute drive will take you to all the necessary shops and services (supermarkets, pharmacies, hospital, etc.). With nature, comfort, authenticity and wide-open spaces, this house is the ideal place to create unforgettable memories with family or friends, in one of the most beautiful regions of Ardèche. Guest access From the terrace, you will have access to a garden on two levels and equipped with games for children: wooden cabin, two swings and a slide. Other things to note In cold weather, central heating is charged extra at 7 euros per day.
