Bird nest studio surfersparadise

Our new studio on the top floor has its own private balcony 5 minutes walking to the beach totally centrally located in punta de mita close to the beach surf and grocery stores you can walk to 3 surf breaks from here, come and enjoy. There’s a common kitchen area with a gas stove and all utensils for cooking. This is our only room that doesn’t have hot water. The space This is a simple nice room with a double bed and a small refrigerator and a coffee maker and a fan and has it’s own bathroom with shower. The water in this room isn’t cold but there isn’t hot water in this room Guest access Guests have access to a private balcony. Guest have access to a shared kitchen area with pots and pans and a gas stove for cooking and and an outdoor charcoal barbacue Other things to note The water in the shower is room temperature.
