We make every effort to offer you a high-quality stay in a protected, natural environment. In return, we expect every guest to comply with these rules, without exception. 👥 2. Occupancy of the accommodation ∙ The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the persons declared at the time of booking. ∙ Any additional, undeclared guests are not permitted without prior agreement. ∙ It is strictly forbidden to hold parties, soirées or gatherings in the accommodation or in the private outdoor areas. ∙ This accommodation is strictly for adults only. Minors are not permitted to stay there. 🕒 3. Opening hours & access ∙ Check-in: from 6:00 p.m. ∙ Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. ∙ Any late check-out not agreed in advance may be subject to an additional charge. ∙ Access instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Please do not share these with third parties. 🔇 4. Quiet enjoyment & respect for the neighbourhood ∙ The estate is a shared living space comprising residential units and permanent residents. Discretion is required at all times. ∙ Noise nuisance is prohibited, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. ∙ Music, loud conversations and any excessive noise outside are not permitted in the evening. ∙ Respecting the peace and quiet of the owners and other occupants of the estate is a non-negotiable condition of the stay. 🚗 5. Parking ∙ Each property has a designated, clearly marked parking space. ∙ It is forbidden to park in spaces reserved for other properties or for the owners. ∙ There is a speed limit on the estate. Please drive slowly and carefully. ∙ Any incorrectly parked vehicle may be required to be moved immediately. 🛁 6. Private hot tub ∙ The hot tub is for the declared occupants of the accommodation only, for the duration of the booking. ∙ Shower required before use. ∙ The use of creams, body oils, self-tanning products or cosmetics in the hot tub is strictly prohibited (as they damage the filters and the water). ∙ Glass drinking glasses are not permitted near the hot tub. ∙ It is forbidden to use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. ∙ It is essential to replace the protective cover on the hot tub after each use, without exception. ∙ In the event of a malfunction, please contact us without attempting to work on the equipment. ∙ Any damage resulting from improper use will be charged to the guest. 🚬 7. Tobacco & substances ∙ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including cigarettes, cigars, shisha and e-cigarettes. ∙ Outdoor areas and terraces are provided for this purpose. Please use the ashtrays provided and do not drop cigarette ends on the floor. ∙ The use of any illicit substance is strictly prohibited throughout the entire estate. ∙ In the event of non-compliance, a restoration fee (specialist cleaning, deodorisation) will be charged, which may amount to several hundred euros. 🧹 8. Maintenance & cleanliness ∙ The accommodation is handed over to you in a good, clean condition. Please return it in a proper condition. ∙ The dishes must be washed and put away before departure. ∙ Rubbish bins must be emptied and placed in the containers located approximately 100 metres from the property, by the roadside, in the spaces provided for this purpose. ∙ It is strictly forbidden to bring fresh meat or fish into the accommodation. The property does not have a plancha, a barbecue, or kitchen equipment. ∙ It is strictly forbidden to cook on the estate. ∙ It is forbidden to leave food in the fridge when you leave. ∙ The sheets, towels and household linen provided are to be handled with care. Please do not use them outside or on the hot tub. ∙ Any damage found (significant stains, breakage, deterioration) will be reported and may result in a deduction from the deposit. 🔐 9. Security & responsibilities ∙ Keys or access codes are strictly personal and must not be passed on to third parties. ∙ Please lock the property each time you leave and upon departure. ∙ Any lost keys will result in a replacement fee. ∙ Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, the amenities and the communal areas of the estate during their stay. ∙ In the event of an emergency, the manager's contact details are provided to you in the digital guide. 🐾 10. Pets ∙ No pets are permitted, either in the accommodation or on the entire estate. No exceptions will be granted. 💳 11. Deposit & charging for damage ∙ A security deposit may be requested before or upon arrival at an additional cost. ∙ Any serious breach of these rules (undeclared party, smoking indoors, damage, unauthorised occupancy) may result in: ∙ Partial or full retention of the security deposit ∙ A request for additional refund via the AIRBNB booking platform ∙ In extreme cases, termination of the stay without a refund ✅ 12.
