Take a deep breath and unwind at this peaceful oasis, a private 2BR/1BA suite in the upper level of a home set amid the forested mountain vistas, regal old dairy barns, covered bridges, and ancient stone walls in the heart of Delaware County. You are welcome here, whether you are coming for a wedding, for business, or for a getaway to enjoy the magnificent Catskills outdoors. The space The rental space includes two generously sized bedrooms and a private full bathroom set in a hallway between the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a closet, nightstands and two skylights, air conditioner and coffee makers. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, television, and mini-fridge. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, desk, tv and storage space for folded clothing. Guest access The rental space includes the entirety of the upper floor of a private home that is occupied solely by the owner, Karen. The space includes 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with tub/ shower. Guests will have full access to the outdoor spaces--the flower gardens, two porches with furniture, a tiny frog and goldfish pond, and more. The bedrooms have locks on the doors. During your stay Karen will be available either in person or by phone to help with any questions that might arise. Other things to note Please Note: The rental space is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must navigate about a dozen steps each outdoors and up the staircase inside the house.
