On the ground level we have the open plan living space with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, fully fenced courtyard (well behaved pet welcome) powder room and laundry with washing machine and dryer. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.
