Perfect Family Retreat at Lake Marion

Great water front family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. We purchased our home is 2006 and began a complete interior and exterior renovation. In 2023 we installed solar panels and an electric vehicle charging station, yet we also have access to the grid for cloudy days and when power demand exceeds what our panels generate. We use a deep well for water. Bring your family for an off-the-grid vacation in our lake home! The space The entire house is available to you. We have a fully supplied kitchen with all appliances, a widescreen TV in the Living room and game room, a stone fireplace, and tons of books, so put down your phone! Our game room has ping-pong, darts, foos ball, pool, and air hockey. We also have an extensive Disney and family oriented video collection. All tvs are streaming. We do not offer cable. Guest access The entire home is available for your use. There is plenty of room for boat and trailer parking, yet we do not allow campers or RVs on the property. Other things to note We provide a guest manual with information on local dining, boating, golfing and outing options for you to use during your stay. Your cleaning fee includes bath towels, kitchen towels and sheets/bedding. Please bring your own beach towels. Upon check-out we require that you drop off your trash at the waste site which is adjacent to the interstate and convenient at departure.
