Most days are low key: cooking, laundry, projects, movies, gaming, gardening, reading • We occasionally host gatherings with friends; these may end later than quiet hours on weekends. • We enjoy meeting guests but we keep our own schedule and rhythms CATS • Resident cats are friendly, talkative (especially in the morning), and extremely active and inquisitive • Bengal cats are hypoallergenic, and the litter boxes are not in the common areas (no cat odors) OTHER • Hot tub: well-maintained, occasionally closed half day for cleaning (scheduled on checkout mornings). 🚫 Closed during quiet hours • Check-in: 4pm–10pm. Checkout: by 11am. After-hours check-in available for $75 (arrange in advance). Once checked in, come and go freely 🦉 • Extra guest fees (per night): second guest +$50; third guest + $100 more (special request only / rare) • Quiet hours 🤫: 10pm weekdays, 11pm weekends. Common areas, kitchen, backyard, and hot tub closed for the night as we need our sleep. Night owls may want to plan accordingly 🦉 • Accessibility: split-level, no stair handrails, not mobility-friendly. Pets often underfoot; may pose hazard. • 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside.
