We have 2 units at this location which can be booked. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and towels, professionally laundered for your stay. There is plenty of space to store your personal items with two built-in cupboards. Enjoy direct access to the bathroom. The bedroom also contains a portable heater. Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a double-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and towels, professionally laundered for your stay. Built-in cupboards and wardrobes with shelving provide enough space to store your luggage. The bedroom also contains a portable heater. Living Room: Relax on the super comfy sofa while enjoying a good book or binge-watching your favorite shows on the large LCD TV. The lounge is equipped with an air-conditioner and heater, which can cool most of the unit with doors left open. Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, gas cooktop, cooking utensils, microwave, fridge, and basic pantry supplies, this kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Bathroom: The modern bathroom features a bathtub and shower, stocked with luxurious body wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. Toilet: The toilet is conveniently separate from the bathroom. Backyard: Enjoy the backyard with enough room to stretch out or have a nice outdoor evening with outdoor table and chairs. Laundry: The European laundry includes a trough and a large combo washing machine and dryer. Garage / Parking: The garage can be used to park your car or store some items. There is also plenty of free street parking available. Note: There are some items left at the back of the garage by the owner. However, there is plenty of space for a car or storing your personal items. Heating and Cooling: Heating and cooling are available via a split system in the lounge room. Both bedrooms are equipped with portable heaters. WIFI / Internet: Free unlimited wireless WIFI / Internet is provided inside the apartment. Streaming Services: Due to recent restrictions imposed by streaming service providers such as Netflix, we are currently unable to offer streaming services at our properties. However, if you have your own streaming account, you may be able to connect it to the available TV. Please note that we do not provide any support or assistance with setting up or troubleshooting. Supplies: We provide you with a starter pack of essential household items such as toiletries, dishwashing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper on check-in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay. Management: This unit is proudly managed by Ready Set Host. Find out more! Guest access After booking you will be required to complete our Guest Registration process so we are prepared for you stay. This will include requesting from you any flight information, check-in times, check-out times and our guest agreement / house rules. Your host will answer any questions you may have. Check-in is from 4PM onwards, unless earlier is possible upon request. Early check-in or late check-out (upon availability) may be subject to additional charges. Please enquire. Discounts or refunds can not be provided for any impact from the above aforementioned. STEPS Please note that this property does contain steps at the entry as well as steps to the back yard. There are no rails for assistance. Please ensure this is suitable. CLEANS The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring that our high standards are passed on to you. NOISE We ask that you respect our neighbours during your stay and be mindful of noise levels, especially at night. Quiet time tone observed is from 9pm to 9am. GUESTS Our accommodation rates are based on the selection you made in Airbnb, please let us know if you require more beds that was not already requested if available for this listing. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. Children that will be sharing a bed with their parents or using their own portacot will not be charged extra.
