The condo is located in a private quiet yard, on the historical street Iuliu Maniu, at a footstep of the highest rated restaurants and places to visit in town. If you are the outdoor type of person, our backyard patio offers you the chance to enjoy the sunlight while having your morning coffee, and after you don't need to be in a rush for visiting the city center, as you are already here… Perfect for longer stays. The space This is a 46 sqm condo, structured as an open space livingroom and full ecquiped kitchinette, bedroom futuring qeen size memory foam bed and a bathroom with a shower. There is also an outdoor patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine after visiting the city. Guest access Aside of the whole condo which is available for guests, we are also offering access within the technical room, where you can use the washing/dryer machine. Other things to note Dear stranger :) we are renting you our home, therefore we will require you to sign a short rental agreement (you can do it on your phone with your fingertip) and submit us a photo of your passport/local ID while being aware of our GDPR policy. Thanks a lot for understanding. For longer stays, cleaning service is free and mandatory at every two weeks. TEMPORARY NOTE: currently the Iuliu Maniu street (as many from the city center) is under renovation and the deadline given by the municipality is the end of September. The good news is that the sidewalks and ilumination are almost done and there is no noise in our loft, as we are almost at the end of the yard. PARKING INFO: Cluj-Napoca city center might be a bit problematic when comes to parking options, but there are three parking options around us, both free and paid. Most convenient is a private parking for a cost of ~15€/day at a walking distance of 5 min. or a free one which is at 10-15 min. I Will provide you with more details after your reservation is completed. *VAT info: we work under a VAT-registred company and can issue invoices upon request.
