You will have a wonderful stay in this charming house with a very nice sea view and nestled in a cocoon of nature. Its multiple terraces offer ever-changing views. After a dip in the infinity pool, the big blue stretches out its arms to you: you will take the small private staircase of the estate and arrive directly in the middle of the beautiful beach of Les Bonnettes sheltered from the Mistral. Enjoy the tranquility and serenity of the place. The space Interiors: Designed in half-levels, the villa, equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and facing south, is particularly bright. It has a total of 11 beds (8+3). The main villa has a sleeping capacity of 8 people (2 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 180X200 separable into 2 beds of 90, 1 bedroom with a bed of 160X200, and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90X200) as well as an en-suite bathroom, 2 bathrooms (Italian showers) and 3 toilets. A small outdoor dry stone staircase allows you to access the independent T2 which has 3 beds: 1 bed of 180X200 separable into 2 beds of 90, an Italian shower, a toilet and a double sink, a small equipped kitchen, as well as a living area with 1 bed of 80X190 Outside: Overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in the Pradet, this villa is a haven of peace. With family or friends, everyone will have their independence thanks to its many terraces. About 200 meters from the house, by a private road inside the estate, you will access the coastal trail that will take you to the Garonne beach, its beach restaurants and its sailing club. The small staircase that will allow you to descend to the pretty cove of Bonnettes is also accessible directly from the estate. Back from the beach, you can desalinate with the teak outdoor shower and extend the swim in the infinity pool. A glass of rosé awaits you in the small outdoor bar fridge. Close your eyes and enjoy this magical moment on a poolside lounger, listening to the song of cicadas and the gentle lapping of the sea. Guest access The villa is in an area secured by a closed gate. The code allowing the automatic opening of the gate will be communicated to you before your arrival. Once you have crossed the estate gate, you will drive about 200 meters and can park at the bottom of the property. Several parking spaces are available. The path up to the villa is a bit steep and winding. You can choose to take it on foot or with your vehicle as long as it is not too large (van excluded for example). As the house is on a hill and in half-levels, it is not recommended for people with mobility issues. Other things to note All bedrooms are air-conditioned without exception. The large living room (living room and dining room) is also air-conditioned. On one of the terraces you will find a barbecue and gas grill as well as a mini bar fridge allowing you to cook outside. The outdoor pizza oven cannot be used due to fire risks. During your stay, we will be grateful if you respect the calm of the place and the tranquility of the neighborhood at all hours of the day and night.
