Sunny, charming cottage. Peaceful and quiet, yet close to many Santa Cruz amenities. Six minute walk to West Cliff and the ocean, 15 minute walk to WestSide eateries, breweries, and wineries. On the UCSC busline, and around the corner from public electric bike docking station. Five minute drive to downtown. Relax in the hot tub or sunny back-yard. Cottage is a stand alone unit in the backyard of my house. Great spot from which to explore all the best of Santa Cruz!
