On the 1st floor - Cosy, bright, renovated apartment in old building-DHH (built in 1964). 45€ for 3 adults in extra bed multi-purpose room. No children. Final cleaning included. The space Fully equipped + furnished: Tiles everywhere, in the bedroom laminate, kitchen: Modern fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer combination, common kitchen appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, thermos for tea and coffee, pots, pans, dishes + cutlery). Dining room: large dining table, 6 chairs, lamp, picture, showcase. Living room: large sofa, large armchairs, table, lamps, 2 shelves, TV/flat screen and Wi-Fi Internet, bedroom: bed 180x200 cm, bedside table, bedside lamp, bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk and TV/flat screen. Bathroom: with large sink and mirror cabinet, shower and WC. Laundry: bed linens + bath/towels + tea towels Balcony with balcony furniture and small barbecue. Guest access After unlocking the front door on the street side, you will reach your apartment on the right via the stairs up to the 1st floor. Other things to note I have always attached great importance to acidity. And right now, I'm following cleaning guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to reduce the risk of infection: 1. Before cleaning, all rooms are thoroughly ventilated for at least 60 minutes. 2. After thorough cleaning of the apartment, all surfaces are additionally disinfected (e.g. doorknob, light switch, remote controls, fixtures, furniture, etc.). 3. All laundry is washed and disinfected by a professional laundry. 4. There is sufficient soap and disinfectant available for you in the apartment. Cleaning supplies are also available for longer stays. 5. You can check in independently, the key is stored in a key safe.
