The space Fully equipped + furnished: tiles everywhere, laminate in the bedroom, kitchen: modern fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher, fridge-freezer, common kitchen appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, thermos flasks for tea and coffee, pots, pans, dishes + cutlery). Dining room: large dining table, 6 chairs, lamp, picture, cabinet. Living room: large sofa, large armchair, table, lamps, 2 shelves, TV/flat screen and Wi-Fi Internet, bedroom: bed 180 x 200 cm, bedside table, ceiling lamp, bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk and TV/flat screen. Bathroom: with large sink and mirror cabinet, shower and toilet. Laundry: bed linens + bath towels + hand towels + dish towels Balcony with balcony furniture and small grill. Guest access After you have unlocked the front door on the street side, you will reach your apartment on the right via the stairs up to the 1st floor. Before cleaning, all rooms are ventilated extensively for at least 60 minutes. 2. After thorough cleaning of the apartment, all surfaces are additionally disinfected (e.g. door knobs, light switches, remote controls, fittings, furniture, etc.). 3. All laundry is washed and disinfected by a professional laundry. 4. There is enough soap and disinfectant available for you in the apartment. Cleaning supplies are also available for longer stays. 5. You can check in independently, the key is stored in a key safe.
