Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this cozy, centrally-located, pet friendly, home. The Horse Lover is conveniently located next to restaurants, track, SPAC, hospital, bars, and everything you could need. It is right next to Railroad Run so you can enjoy walking & cycling safely away from traffic. It offers brand new appliances and furniture, and is across the street from Market32 so you can grab & go or get groceries and cook in this spacious chef’s kitchen. 25 min age The space Downstairs you will find the front room with a daybed in it. The daybed includes 2 mattresses (twin XL & twin) with linens that sleeps 2 comfortably. Also downstairs, the couch pulls out flat to a bed, approximately the size of a full-size mattress. It can sleep 2, but 1 would be more comfortable. The Kitchen is large and offers all brand new appliances. It includes a refrig, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven and all the dishes and drinking glasses you will need for your stay. The 1/2 bath has a brand new washer & dryer. The dryer has heat pump (unusual!) so the water needs to be emptied after every 2 or 3 drying sessions. Upstairs is the primary bedroom that includes a queen size bed with 2 drawers, chaise lounge, large dresser, 2 large bedside tables, a shoe rack, and a clothes rack for hanging some garments. All linens are included. Although we allow for 6 guests for short-term stays, we prefer only 4 for monthly stays. FENCED YARD! The yard is now (July 2024) fenced and secured so you can relax while your pups wander and explore (just keep the gates closed). Not only is the yard fenced, there is a new stone patio with a propane-powered fire pit and very comfortable outdoor furniture to relax after a long day at the track or an evening at SPAC. There's also an eating area outside to sit and sip. You'll love the peace and privacy! Guest access The entire house is yours when you book The Horse Lover! Other things to note The stairs to the master bedroom are open and somewhat steep, making it unsuitable for small children, geriatric or unwell pets, and any disabled adult. You must be able to climb up and down the stairs with no assistance to enter the primary bedroom and sleep upstairs.
