The house is a single-story building, composed of a living room, two bedrooms and a separate kitchen overlooking a large terrace to enjoy the beautiful days and the calm of the countryside. A huge wooded and totally enclosed garden of more than 2000 m² completes this property. You also have a basement garage to park your car/motorcycle as needed.
