* 4 minutes from routes 180 & I-80 * 30 minutes to UPMC Williamsport * Less than 20 minutes to Bucknell * 20 minutes to Danville * 8 minutes to Watsontown Nestled on 3 private acres surrounded by rolling fields and forest. You’ll find privacy and seclusion here and yet only several minutes from Interstates 180 & I-80. Newly renovated, stylish and relaxing. Outdoor seating areas as well as comfortable space indoors to relax. * Dog friendly! (due to allergens, we do not accept cats) The space The house is 1 level living, all bedrooms and full bath is on the main floor as well as kitchen, dining and living. The lower level has a full bath (shower, no tub) as well as additional comfortable seating with TV, an electric fireplace and outside access. Guest access The whole house is free to use with the exception of 2 locked host closets and the garage. Please do not attempt to enter these areas. Other things to note * Requests for early check in / late check outs are reviewed on a case by case basis and must be approved. Late check outs without approval will occur a $15 per 15 minute increment. * While we welcome children, please note that there is no childproofing (outlet covers, etc). There is a set of stairs, a balcony, and an elevated deck; all of these areas have doors that may be locked by guests to restrict access to little ones, if needed. There is also a lily pond. The lily pond is approximately 200’ from the house along the driveway. * The driveway is a shared driveway, please drive slowly. * There is ample parking, however, initial entrance must be made through the main door on the porch with the Adirondack chairs. There is room to turn around with a car or small SUV, larger SUV’s and trucks will have to back out. Feel free to park by the lower level in front of the garage, there is ample parking there as well as a turn-around. There is no guest access through the garage but you can enter the lower level on the side of the house. Initial entrance and unlocking must be done through the main door on the upper level porch.
