The house has 6 bedrooms, with a total of 14 beds for guests use, consisting of single beds, double beds and queen beds. There are a total of 4 private bathrooms. The other areas such as the parking garage, living room, kitchen, lanai and others, are all common areas inside/around the house that guests can use during their stay. For the guests, 20 guests will be accommodated by the beds in the house. Please inform us on this while booking so we can see what we can do about it and we’ll be prepared as well. [GARAGE] The house has a garage for guests bringing cars, with this you can save on parking fees. [1ST FLOOR] The first floor has a 1 cozy living room, 1 private room with door and private room, 1 long tables for the dining room, 1 kitchen for cooking and preparing food, 1 bathroom shared and 1 private room beside the lanai. [SECOND FLOOR] The second floor has the 2 private rooms available for use and 1 shared bathroom. [ROOM BESIDE LANAI] There is 1 private room and an access to a shared bathroom [BASEMENT] The basement has 2 private rooms and 1 shared bathroom. [LANAI] The lanai has table and chairs for use. The guests can enjoy eating, having drinks and just having a good time. Guests can expect privacy from the private rooms as they have locked doors for added security. The whole house is all yours once booked, you don’t have any more guests sharing with you, and there will be one staff who will assist you for further assistance. There are two private rooms restricted and not listed in AIRBNB for added knowledge, these two private rooms are for allocated for privacy place of the owner of the house. Guest access The garage is free to use if our guests are bringing cars. There’s also a garden in front of the house, that is also accessible to guests, one can walk around that area and just appreciate the nature and the breeze. Other things to note This is a private house, not a hotel or resort, so please keep the house and the spaces as clean and as orderly as possible.
